What is the duration of item return?
The return period for all eligible items lasts for 60 days from delivery date. The return period begins after the shipping carrier records the package as "Delivered."
All items being returned need to remain in their original state with attached tags and should be free from any alterations or wear. Items returned outside this 60-day window will not be accepted.

What are the requirements for returned items?
All returned items need to fulfill these conditions:

All returned items that fail to meet these requirements will need to be sent back to the customer at their cost.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?

The original shipping cost remains free only during the first delivery of an order. The customer must pay for return shipping since the item was sent in error.
What if I ordered multiple suits for a group or event?
Eight or more purchased items qualify as group or studio orders. The only available option for these orders is exchanging items because refunds are not permitted. Before making big purchases, it is crucial to try a single sample suit to check both color and fit. All orders over 8PC are considered group / studio orders and will be eligible for exchange only.
How do I start a return or exchange?
The process to begin returning or exchanging items starts by:

Send your order number along with your request to info@menssuitsatlanta.com.

Check that the returned item satisfies our requirements for return (review the details above).

Send your package through a shipping method that provides tracking to the return address, which we will give you in our response.
The return policy does not permit acceptance of returned items without authorization.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Can I refuse the package instead of returning it?
Refusing delivery of a package already sent will trigger all standard return conditions which apply to returned items. Return shipping expenses will be taken from your refund total when you refuse delivery of a package.
Are any items excluded from return?
The following items are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged:

Sizing & Alterations
Standard U.S. men's suit measurements determine all sizing in our inventory. Review the size guide on each product page because different styles and brands may have different fit characteristics.
You will need to get alterations done to achieve the perfect fit which is standard practice for formal clothing.
